world of tanks review new mmo game it looks good

think a new world of tanks mmo game starts this week or goes out of its beta test into a fully fledged playable game, basically based on ww2 type tanks.

i think i might give world of tanks a go to see how it plays, it looks better then most mmorpg games that are too structured whereas with world of tanks you actually get to drive around and go against other tanks driving around in a virtual environment, so it seems really realistic.

what world of tanks website says about its game-

"World of Tanks is a team-based massively multiplayer online game dedicated to armored warfare in the mid-20th century. Throw yourself into epic tank battles shoulder to shoulder with other steel cowboys to dominate the world with tank supremacy!

An advanced system of vehicle upgrade and development allows you to try out the vehicles and weapons featured in the game. Whether you prefer to exhaust your foes with fast and maneuverable light tanks, punch deep into enemy lines with all-purpose medium tanks, use the power of heavy tanks to eliminate opposing forces, or become a high-powered sniper using long-range artillery, each unit type is extremely lethal and effective when commanded by a true tank ace.

It takes more than just being a great tank commander to win. In World of Tanks, it's all about teamwork. Victory can only be achieved through the combined efforts of every member of the team, each playing their own role on the battlefield.

Dynamic Combat System

World of Tanks is an action-based MMO, although it is not restricted by the cliches of many popular games in this genre.

RPG. Your armored steed is not just a tin can on tracks - it is a living, evolving creature and should be treated accordingly. Experience and credits gained in battle allow you to research and develop upgrades and modifications, enhancing your tank's performance on the battlefield.

Simulation. Unique models and vehicle characteristics, historically authentic in every minute detail to the actual tanks and prototypes of World War II, wrap you up in furious armored offensives that emulate the tank battles of the period.

Action. Remember, it is all about your skill and reaction time, whether you take part in operations to spot, track, and destroy enemy units or engage in head-to-head gun battles.

Shooter. The flexible camera provides a range of viewpoints, from arcade-like third-person to sniper-like views straight down the gunsights, with simple controls to handle your tank smoothly on the battlefield.

Strategy. In World of Tanks there is only one rule - don't be a hero! Rally your comrades, devise a battle plan, and assign roles - then move out and defeat your enemy on the field of battle.

Vast Armory

The enormous fleet of tanks at your disposal includes more than 150 vehicles engineered and produced in Germany, the Soviet Union and the United States from the 1930's to the 1950's. You have a unique opportunity to operate any armored fighting vehicle of the period, including legendary World War II tanks such as the T-34, Tiger, and Pershing, and experimental models and prototypes which never made it onto the battlefield.

Wide Variety of Maps

From the open fields of Eastern Europe and the narrow streets of small German towns to the burning deserts of North Africa and the mountains of Italy - the diversity of battlefield terrain is amazing! A huge selection of maps featuring a mix of open fields and industrial zones offers not only an impressive spectacle but also the tactical challenge of a variety of battle conditions.

Tankers, Unite!

Out to take over the world? There's nothing better for conquering than our global map, divided into provinces and ready to be dominated by you and a team of friends! Invade hostile territories, ally with other groups to destroy your enemies, and employ trade and negotiation. In World of Tanks, victory doesn't just go to the tank with the biggest gun or heaviest armor, but to the clearest head and most effective tactician."
