ben collins named as top gears the stig!

turned out the stig is a racing driver called ben collins, a lot of people then have said who?, ben collins has been racing since about 1994, and 2003 took on the part of the masked racing driver in top gear called the stig.

ben collins has released a book which the bbc tried to block as it would reveal his identity as the stig, but the book was allowed and now everyone knows the name of the stig from top gear and who he is, though in the end not one of the high profile racing drivers like a lot of people postulated over the years, the stig turned out to a be a relatively infamous racing driver, which probably helped keep the stigs identity unknown for all these years.
